Step into the boots of one of our Birdworld Keepers and get a glimpse of what looking after hundreds of animals with very different needs is really like!
You will work alongside our experienced keepers helping with food preparation, feeding, cleaning and distributing enrichment.

What's included?

Activities vary depending on the time of year, weather conditions and animal availability on the day. Our team will always ensure that you experience a mix of the following:

• Food Preparation
• Feeding
• Enclosure Checks
• Cleaning
• Enrichment

You will also receive a Birdworld memento to remember your experience.

What animals are you likely to meet?

Our team will ensure you meet a variety of bird species on the day. These may include:

• Penguins
• Owls
• Parrots
• Pelicans
• Emus

What we need from you?

The majority of your experience will take place outdoors, so it's important to dress appropriately. Therefore, you will need:

• Weather appropriate clothing
• Sturdy outdoor footwear

This experience includes admission into the park.

This experience is only available for ages 16+

A maximum of 2 people can participate in the experience.

The experience will start at 10am and end at 1pm. You will be asked to arrive at 9.45am to ensure that you have plenty of time for your experience.

You may enjoy the rest of the park at your leisure throughout the afternoon.
